A minor point here, but Donald Trump goes on tv and pretends to care deeply for poor people. He claims to be deeply in touch with God in front of Evangelicals while sleeping around. He’s an actor and performer above all else. And that’s fine! Democrats do it too! But let’s not pretend Donald ****ing Trump is the one Good Actor in Washington.
 
The Republican party knows full well that you don't nominate a failed ex-President to be beaten again. Orange Man is a failed President because he lost his 2nd election. If he had been any good in his first term he would've easily won. If he had been up to the tasks fate gave him he would've risen as a great leader. Covid exposed him as a vapid liar and people lost faith in him.

You just don't re-nominate a failure, it's called throwing good money after bad. The GOP brains know this even though they don't know how to get rid of him.

I could be wrong but I believe thethe, is really the only one in here who preferred Trump over DeSantis. There’s like 6-7 people in here who wanted DeSantis over Trump.
 
As far as changing identity for political purposes go, Orange One did this himself. Everyone knows he isn't a conservative nor does he believe in Christian values. He only became a White Nationalist because it was his likeliest path to power.

The same could be said for JD Vance's conversion.

Trump was not addressing the whole race or a race in general. He was addressing Kamala and how she is 100% a phony.

But you and BL see racism everywhere so you actually think it was a commentary on blacks as a whole.

Again, Harris is black and Harris is Indian-American. Whether she’s pandering or not is mostly irrelevant. Politicians always pander, it’s like the one ****ing thing they all do. But if Trump and his surrogates want to make the entire news cycle about a clearly black woman pretending to be black, I’m all for it.

The audience is black men under 50 and trump and his team absolutely want the issue of Harris acting like someone different depending on who she is in front of while someone like Trump is exactly the same this not thinking anything less of blacks.

But you know - Kamala has to speak poor English when in front of black people because that’s how she think she can connect. That is actually a form of racism but you don’t actually care about that.

Doesn’t have to work for a lot. Just keep pushing that margin together and so far it looks like Harris does worse with black people than Biden.

But you continue to support treating black people differently than everyone else. It goes well with the Democrat party platform now.
 
And just like that the media narrative changes to how Kamala is about as inauthentic of a candidate as it gets.
