The same courts systems that Dani Willis has been exploiting? Or is it the same court systems that Kommiela ignored when she kept a man in prison for 2 years after a Federal judge ruled him innocent?

Democrats would have us believe that the US court systems are racist and stacked against blacks while they also race to tell you how we have to trust the justice system on all issues they agree with[/tw].

This is a very, very valid criticism, but I’ve generally put more trust in the system’s ability to handle disagreements between political parties than I have its ability to treat poor people fairly.

I’d personally rather have a national set of election standards and procedures for Federal offices and public funding for candidates that meet some sort of qualifying criteria. Then take all the other money out of the races and strictly enforce campaign finance violations. Do I know how to do it? No. But I think the biggest fix in American politics is removing the need for fundraising and reducing the impact of outside money.

Don't forget these same democrats are telling us to ignore the Supreme Court and it must be dissolved to SAVE DEMOCRACY

Politics should be left out of the judicial process as much as possible. DA's running their entire platform on a promise to "get" an ex POTUS (or really, any private citizen that hasn't been charged with a crime) should be illegal.

Honestly, you shouldn't even be allowed to claim a party affiliation if you're running for DA or judge.

If you don't think its wrong to have effectively all people running elections be one party then you are part of hte problem.

I'm guessing kicking poll watchers out of counting areas and boarding up windows was perfectly acceptable to MQT.

THE COURTS DIDN"T FIND ANYTHING WRONG!

Well if the Dems have lost the “poppers might have caused AIDS rather than HIV” guy, all is lost.

Yes hte countless amount of intellectual Democrats (ones that have voted that way their whole lives) telling the world the dangers of the modern left are irrelevant.

You are no better than 57/Runnin. Mindless zombie.

Play fire with fire.

Constitution can be put to the side while we rid the world of this evil scum.

What about the history of politics (or over the last 30 years anyways) would lead to believe that? From either side really?

Largely the fact that we have more well-defined legal decisions that spell out why a decision was made. When someone takes an unjust plea deal or is over-sentenced for a crime, it’s often less clear why this happened.
