Nothing would make me happier more than seeing AOC or Michelle on the ticket. Watching the right wing betas twist their panties so hard they cut their legs off would be amazing.

I don't carea bout Newsome. But I think it's funny that the right dunks on him, when he's running the biggest economic state and doing so with a healthy budget, something California hasn't had in ages.

She is in no way qualified but Michelle would probably be the best chance of winning for the DNC. I could even see her winning against a wave, just because of how well liked she is among people with a vagina.

She’d instantly win the black vote and woman vote if she ever ran. She’d pull the democrats together.

As of 12/16/2021 she’s the only one on the left who could beat DeSantis if the election were in a few months.

Donald Trump became President, so I think formal qualifications are firmly out at this point. I’m not saying she should be the candidate or has the qualifications I’d prefer, but with how she treated the role of First Lady, I feel like she’s developed some legitimate public service credentials.
 
I wouldn't say that Donald or his predecessor were qualified either. On the other hand, W and Carter both certainly were, so...

Honestly, I think we’ve reached a point where it’s entirely irrelevant. With the Internet and Social Media in particular, any prominent person can make their political views known to the whole world in a way they simply couldn’t before. Plus, we have access to all the **** they’ve done before, so there are rarely any shocking developments that might otherwise deter the National Committees from supporting them. There’s probably no job in the entire world that could adequately prepare someone to be the President, so who cares where they came from as long as they have the right skill set?

Ideally significant success in the private world prior to state or national level political success. Carter did that, W did that, Reagan did that. WJC was born a politician, but at least he had executive experience at the state level. GHWB is exactly the type I don't want, Obama was the least qualified in a very long time if not ever, Trump had however many bankruptcies, and Biden was literally an elected official before some grandparents I know were even born.
