When things got tough like an election against the whole establishment in 2016 where he won against all odds and was responsible for having the most conservative SC that we have seen in our lifetime?
You still care about things like him releasing his NFT or sex scandals. That **** means LITERALLY NOTHING TO ME.
What matters to me? How the country was doing under his watch (before of course the bioweapon attack). Thats all that matters in the end.

I think he owes a lot of gratitude to Julian Assange and Mitch McConnell for these wins. But Trump put two good justices on the court. Kavanaugh sucks. But I'm not sure how filling SC vacancies are "things going tough." The situation overseas that Trump inherited was an absolute disaster. His whole presidency was a masterclass in how to handle foreign policy. He got Afghanistan to a position where you could withdraw and that is exactly what he was doing. To knock ANYTHING he did on the international scale is just absurd.
Also not giving Trump any credit for Desantis winning in 22. That was a mixture of Desantis excellent governance and Republicans from around the country moving to Florida (which also led to losses elsewhere in the nation but YAY DESANTIS!!!)

I am not blaming him at all - But undesrstanding the nature of his margin is key. I can't fathom how you don't get that.
I will happily support Desantis because I'm not a baby like the traditional GOP and take my ball home because my candidate isn't there while we hand the country over to Communists. I'm also not a foolish independent throwing my vote away and costing Republicans elections.

THat is one way of looking at it - You can also look at it like the Margin is irrelevant because the composition of Florida is like no place in the country.

The 'Deep State' has been running the country for decades and you think it was going to be dismantled in 4 years? This is going to take YEARS but the first step has already been executed. It is no longer a mystery. Everyone knows of their existence.
Trump was not perfect. How many times do I need to repeat it. But he was BY FAR the best president we have had in decades (as you've said many times). World is messy and I don't expect perfection. I just know the overall results under Trump prior to the coordinated bioweapon attack were PHENOMENAL!
