Ok - If you aren't considering going onto CNN anything to write home about can you name me the politician that does anything but 'softball' interviews?
Did you forget that Kaitlan Collins used to work for Tucker at the Daily Caller?
Again, she built a rapport with Trump on the campaign trail in 2015-16 then was white house correspondent during his Presidency and he picked her a lot. Have zero doubt their mutual connection with Tucker helped put that town hall into play to begin with.
I would have been more impressed if Trump sat down with someone who would actually press him.
What interviews are the Trump equivalents of Obama going on O'Reilly multiple times? Obama never went on Tucker or Hannity, but even Newsom went on Hannity recently.
What would be the Trump equivalent, Presidency or Post-Presidency?
Lester Holt because he's black and is the Host of NBC Nightly News? 60 Minutes? Lol.
The bar must be very low for Trump. Obama went into the House Republican retreat and took questions from the GOP during Healthcare discussions. When has Trump done anything close to that? He's supposed to be tougher and stronger.
The only interview I can remember him even getting somewhat pushed in was the Axios interview by an Aussie reporter.
