Without looking into it first my questions are... Why were the duplicated. Could be ballots that were damaged during the multiple hand recounts or damaged in some other way. Were these duplicated ballots counted in addition to the original ballot. And assuming the worst on those answers who did those ballots vote for. I don't take anything from you at face value since you like a few others here are allergic to context you don't like.

It took me about 5 minutes to look this up. And you are full of ****. Ballots were not duplicated. There was no consent decree. It was a consent order. There were errors made in counting during the audit. So they were never even apart of the certified count. Try again Charlie Brown. Your boy lost by 4 times the amount anyways.
