2025-2026 offseason thread

Buxton does seem like someone the Dodgers would target. At which point he'd either hit .300/.400/.600 in a healthy year and win MVP or play 37 games all season, only to hit a decisive home run and make a miracle catch to save a clinching game six of the NLCS.
For all the praise the Dodgers get, they have made quite a few blunders, like Tommy Edman and Tanner Scott.

The Dodgers are this year's Boogeyman. The team an agent for a player or a team trying to trade a player can leak is interested in that player to drive the price up. The Dodgers don't have to actually be interested. The rumor is enough to spur teams into upping offers.

We dodged a bullet with Tanner Scott for sure. Iggy I don't care if we bring back depending on cost. If somebody else wants to give him more than 10 million let em.
