Braves beat the Mets so bad they had to use their next days starter. Now they have to call up a prospect who gave up 6 runs in 3 innings his last spot start. Frankie Montas is getting shelled in his rehab starts and is out of rehab time. Senga and Megill just got injured. Manea hasnt even pitched yet and is struggling in rehab starts. Peterson/Holmes/Canning/Blackburn/Montas is seriously their rotation right now.

So, Uncle Charlie's FIP is down to 4.45 on the seaso, which is nearly identical to where it finished a season ago.. He has a 2.42 ERA in his last 5 starts and a 2.95 ERA overall since he was briefly demoted to the pen at the end of April.

Is there really any question that he's going to be our primary SP addition at the deadline (assuming we are buying)?
