I don't see how a Dom/Rowdy platoon makes sense considering they are both terrible against lefties. He’d only opt out if he wasn’t on the roster which he likely is with Profar out. The Dom/Rowdy platoon could make sense seeing as Wisely is a bit redundant defensively with Mateo and Eli on the roster
You’re right I was going with the line of thinking of the previous post but hadn’t fact checked the Rowdy info. If we could find a lefty killer during cuts that would really help us out.I don't see how a Dom/Rowdy platoon makes sense considering they are both terrible against lefties.

Still not a fan of Fuentes starting in the majors. He needs a little seasoning. Some time. It won't hurt to have him at gwinnett for starts. Sigh. Love the potential more than most, but damn
So Rowdy is Dom’s replacement in AAA.
Sounds like Farmer and Smith are making the initial club?
MLB trade rumors says no. This is a way for the Braves to bypass today’s opt out and kick the can down the road while Farmer and Smith get to lock in some money

Short of a trade or signing of someone who’s about on the same level, they are going to be the guys. There’s no one else other than Wisely. Plus, Farmer can be an emergency catcher on days they want to give Baldwin a rest but still have him in the lineup.MLB trade rumors says no. Time will tell. I think he'll be a starter long term. If he had to be in the majors now, the bullpen is a good call.I like Didier in the BP. That heater will play well at 99 in short stints, and the BP is where I think he ultimately ends up anyways.
