Maybe so but at least I enjoy the team. Might be easier if you turned the Braves off for a year. But even when they are winning the wc next year you'll be bi------ that they winning too much.

I think the Braves have too good of a base talent level to realistically be that bad. Even if they trade guys like Garcia and BP, the replacements are good enough to keep the team competitive.

Second half predictions:

-More overly optimistic sunshine blowers go bananas about getting to a .500 record. The Braves will actually reach that benchmark within a week. Dare I say they eclipse it and have more wins than losses?!?!

-Braves are "in the race" towards the deadline and the genius tries to add major league talent and actually acquires a quality player and the board freaks out because one of the "stud" prospects is traded away.

-Braves come crashing back to earth and people whine because they traded away an important future piece of the puzzle. Braves end up with 74 wins and Freeman finds the DL again.

Albies and Mallex are the only young position prospects that prove they belong in an MLB lineup. The rest, Ruiz, Peterson, and the rest, show they are only AAAA guys, yet folks continue to insist they need to be "given a chance to see what they can do".

Freddie is going to hit 40 homers?

Folty either is the staff ace now or will be by 2 weeks from now?

Swanson is a 2-3 WAR guy? I dont keep up with WAR, whats he on pace for this year?

Yes they are all correct.

We will see how Wieters and Suzuki compare.

Freeman was on pace to hit more than 40. Nobody predicts broken wrists and you know it. The prediction was about Freeman sustaining a massive power boost.

Folty is unquestionably the staff Ace.

My exact quote was Swanson was not a star, but closer to an average player. Are you arguing Swanson is closer to being a star than he is to being average?

So your 100%. But we will see about Weiters/Suzuki..... Freeman you get off on a technicality..... I don't know what standard you are using to declare Folty the staff ace but I will give you that one..... the Swanson prediction you can't be wrong because it's a career prediction not a single season prediction.... ok..... you take everything so personally. These aren't exactly bold predictions. In fact I would have agreed with them. Sorry to interput your stroking your ego.
 
Weiters- Can't make that call. Why because you cannot assume Weiters puts up identical numbers with the Braves he has with the Nats. It's not apples to apples.
