This may be un popular but Lopez needs to go back to the bullpen where he can be dominate at 1 inning vs starting and going on the IL every 3 starts. We want and need another dominate BP guy and Lopez is that. When Strider gets back just leave AJSS and Holmes both in the rotation and go after a SP at the deadline.

If this season goes completely off the rails, the FO and coaching staff should all be gone. This is a prime contention window.

Eh, just get into the postseason with Strider/Sale/Schwelly and Acuna/Riley/Olson/Ozuna/Ozzie/Mike and take your chances. Lose a couple of them and then we can talk season over.

The thing is it didn't even have to be an ace. Just an innings eating number 4 starter type would be huge right now.

Certainly should have. As long as the top 3 stay healthy though, a 4 should be easy to find via trade. I want AJSS starting every 5th game
