Meh, Cahill had one good season five years ago. Why not drop a guy who had a great spring for us and pick-up a bad pitcher? I mean, sure, Wandy hasn't had a very impressive career, either, but if you're going to release a pitcher coming off a good spring for your team, it better be so you can pick up a discernibly better pitcher.
