4/17/15 GDT: Maybin getting more burn / Peterson batting 8th

Given our leadoff issues, I thought I'd point out that Mallex Smith is starting off great again tonight. Base hit, bunted to second, steals third and scores on a Rio Riuz groundout to the pitcher. I'm liking Mallex Smith so far, he was great in ST and is hitting .346 so far in Mississippi (SSS I know). Hopefully he'll solve our leadoff issues no later than 2016.

I think the latest we will see him is the start of 2016.

Yea, certainly if he keeps it up. He's already shown himself well in this past AFL, ST and now great start for Mississippi too. So he could be ready sooner than 2016 if he keeps it up.
