4/19 GDT vs Jays

He seems to be doing a better job this year laying off the outside pitch. The usual small sample caveat applies.

He has a few AB's but other AB's he's still chasing them, but the bottom line is he has walked more so far. I think that is due more to facing pitchers that are missing the zone more than him though. But either way I wish him much success and just hope we're smart enough to trade him the first chance we get.
 
I do think it's obvious that CJ's good start is just that. I just find it odd that his walk rate is equal to his K rate at this point in the year. Has he ever had a 2 week stretch where that's been the case?

I do agree that he should be primarily used agaisnt lefties.
