Agreed. It's also why I am against trading for him. If you fill my home team up with AJP's and Braun's I am not going to be going to games. Winning isn't everything to me. I want to win but not with players like Braun on my team. Thankfully with his no trade clause he'd never approve of a trade to come here anyway.

I am kinda hoping we trade Markakis before Inciarte breaks out and we start thinking of trading him again. I almost want him to do just okay till after the deadline if that is what it takes to keep him here. I also want Markakis to have a hot streak soon and us to move him during it.
 
Thanks Freddie. He's doing a REALLY good job of completely screwing us over for the majority of this year. He got really hot for about 3 weeks and decided to suck before and after.
 
And we couldn't score with two on, one out. This is so embarrassing. The guy threw 10 straight balls and we couldn't score.

As much as it pains me to say anything positive about the guy, Aybar's been making much more solid contact lately. If not for a bad luck double play last night, he'd have cleared the bases.
 
I like Lucroy a lot, but the cost in a trade for one year which happens to be a year we're not really going all-in as far as I can tell, well he's not worth that likely cost in a trade for just 2017. I'd rather sign Ramos to a multi-year deal to bridge the gap than do that.
 
That was a bad walk, had the kid 0-2 and he's been a K machine and doesn't look MLB ready and you walk him on four straight after that?

Folty has been helped out by Inciarte and Brignac defense tonight outside of the Aybar misplay.
 
Folty has done a horrible job of finishing hitters off today. His stuff hasn't been bad though. (aside from the breaking pitch)
