lol that was anticlimactic. freeman coming home to the plate proves to be costly.
I'd bench Ender and Ozzie the next game. You have a pitcher that can't hit the zone and so they swing at trash and get themselves out. Pathetic
They aren’t even trying.
ya def didn’t try lolTeam got no heart
This is pretty much who Albies is. And while he's gotten good results, pitchers have been taking advantage of it. He trusts his bat control too much so unless it's just badly out, he's going to swing...at absolutely everything. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of his weak contact outs have been on just outs of the zone, where he's trusting his batting ability too much.
Through 3 games Bautista is hitting 300 with a 800+ OPS. Working so far.
1. That's not what I said.
2. I really don't think that's true, but you're welcome to do your usual schtick and raid through my old posts in an attempt to prove me wrong.
3. I thought you were always the victim and never tried to pick fights?

I said I don’t resort to personal attacks first. I give people **** for being dumb any chance I get.
Clearly another amazing move by AA!
In all seriousness, my amateur eye test tells me the bat speed is still there. No idea if that means he can still be productive though.
He’s 21 with very little experience against mature pitchers. It was just a matter of time before they adjusted against his aggressiveness. Now he has to learn to be a little more selective.
Albies is extremely talented. The plus or better hit tool is still there. The plus plus speed is still there. He is still going to be a very good player, even though he isn’t going to be the offensive monster he was in April.
Folks were all over his nuts in April, and calling him pathetic after a few games in May. Pure silliness.
