6/10 Game 1 vs Mets...Sean Newcomb Day

Wisler and Newcomb are making the FO make a tough decision. Maybe we should send Luke Jackson or freeman down and use a 6 man rotation a while

Offense has been brutal this week outside of the 14-run game.

Games of 4 runs (blowout loss), 1 run, 3 runs, 3 runs, 1 run, and so far 0 runs in this game.

The killer in this inning is that he basically had Conforto struck out before he got walked. Suzuki dropped the foul tip which would have ended the inning. No excuses for Wisler, but he was so close.

Wisler will not be a successful starter without another pitch. He's a fastball-breaking ball pitcher. The third time through the order kills him.

I was legitimately excited about this start because he looked so good before this inning. It's truly the story of Wisler's professional career.

I was a big Wisler fan last year and had a bunch of hope for him coming into the year (I'll admit it), but I'm tired of seeing him underperform. Let's just leave Newcomb up and move on from him.
