I don't have a subscription, but previous reports at BA and other outlets have the Braves in on OF Cristian Pache and INF Darrian Cruz, both ranked in the top 30.

My darkhorse prospect, Keith Curcio, is starting to get it together in Carolina after a horrid start. Another 2 walks so far today. Athletic kid with a very good eye at the plate.

Rio Ruiz is 2-2 with a pair of doubles to start tonight's game. Would be awesome if he got it going at the plate.

Another scoreless inning for Jorge Zavala for Columbus. He is having a good season.

Kind of odd that they've slotted him and Miranda as relief pitchers given that the system is a bit thin of starting pitching prospects at the lower levels.

Its pretty awesome how good the farm sysetm is right now while the major league team is no worse than last year.

He has of late. He was about the only new prospect that wasn't doing very well, so great to see him pick it up.

10 games in June he has a .986 OPS.

He also has 10 strikeouts in 35 plate appearances. It might be that the law of averages is finally catching up with his abnormally low April-May BABIP than him actually improving. I'm not quite sold on Ruiz yet.

Yeah. To restock on the fly without taking many steps back is very hard to do. Hart has done a helluva job overall.

Yup. The process has been excellent so far which makes me hopeful for the future. Unfortunately, sometimes things go bad beyond a reaosnable persons control. Hart and his staff have really enhanced the overall talent level of the organization from the top down. There is still a lot of work to be done. Rio Ruiz developing would be a huge burden off the organziation because third base is going to be an issue soon.
