It's also funny that we sign Gomes who everyone knows is a DH-type, yet in a game where we have the DH available we DH a good defensive LFer and play the DH in the field. I can't make this stuff up.

Might be a bad idea to trade for Hanley as after watching that play on Jace's flyball. I am afraid he'd take Simmons head off when Simmons goes after balls like that.

Perez pitched him good too, that was a good change-up very low he just served over second. Good sinker to clear that getting the DP ball after falling behind the next batter too.
