So in the process of trying to save our starters, Waldrep wrecks our pen.

I mean, not like it matters. He’s clearly not ready. Command issues like that is not something that corrects itself overnight.
 
Waldrep just destroyed the team. Hard to stay upbeat and feel good when you have total trash on the mound. He shouldn't be back for a long time

He couldn't throw strikes in college either. Not sure how you get a guy that can't throw strikes to suddenly throw strikes. I would trade him

That’s a lot of hyperbole. A tough outing, but I highly doubt it “destroyed” the team. They don’t come back today, forget it and come back the next one and try again. If the team is “destroyed” by a kid struggling in his second ML outing, then there’s bigger problems.
