little league defense costs us a couple more runs. And Wisler really needs to work on his location. It sucks
 
If you don't generate many swings and misses you are gonna have games like this. Need to be able to put away hitters at this level. Rough game for the kid.
 
But in all seriousness, why the fck would you run that sh*t show of a lineup out there? Gomes doesn't hit righties...therefore he should never fckn be in there vs righties
 
Without Freeman this lineup goes from bad to terrible. Take away Simmons as well and it goes from terrible to dreadful.

Honestly there isn't much you can do to not make this lineup suck with the current players we have. You can shuffle guys around, take one out, or put someone else in. At the end of the day it still stinks. You can shine a turd all you want, but its still ****.

Why wouldn't you? When winning this year isn't a priority it's just a matter of playing the games.

We might as well bring back Folty so he can learn in the majors and go to a six man rotation and try to get as high a pick as we can.I say we trade any vets that have value at the deadline and let the young kids take there lumps and learn while in the big leagues like we did in 89-90 with glavine,smoltz,gant,justice etc

Since they aren't going to add a bat or bullpen help.

That is exactly what we should do, but Fredi will never allow it. He is a lame duck manager fighting for his job, he couldn't care less about 2016 and beyond.
 
Barring something unforeseen the Braves will have scored 13 runs in their last 7 games. Yeah it hurts with Freeman out but the Braves have faced a lot of quality pitching in that stretch. Something they haven't seen for much of the season.
