Well, this wasn’t exactly a bad loss, but it sucked. We played really well and couldn’t get anything to drop when it mattered. We hit lasers all over the place.

I blamed the lost on our fans last night. No one sacrificed a severed chickenhead, no one pay reverence to Jo Jo, nothing. We were snake bit the whole night with the bad luck.

We need to step up and bow to the baseball gods so we don't do this today.

For the upcoming series against Cardinals and Yankees, looks like we're gonna miss Carlos Martinez and Luis Severino. That is unless Cardinals skip old friend Jon Gant's start for Sunday, but right now he's penciled in. Severino was supposed to pitch in our series but looks like they're skipping German and leaving Severino on regular rest to face Red Sox on Sunday.

Even if you take Flaherty out of the equation, Snit still wasted a bench player by pinch running Bourjos and then subbing Suzuki into that spot instead of double switching with the pitcher in the 5th spot and Suzuki 9th. It was a really stupid move. Brought up a worse hitter in the 9th inning and wasted a bench player which could've hurt us if the game went to extras. Pretty inexcusable mistake.

sucks we lost but Arkansas won game 1 and Oklahoma passed medical weed so it was a good night

But who was going to pitch. And if you subbed him and kept it a one run game and we tied the gamein the 9th. Then you go to the 5th spot in the 10th. Who pitches the 11th. Pretty much twitners hands were tied last night. The ****ty starting pitching and extra innings have destroyed our pen. We need a pitcher to maybe go 6 innings one night.
