After Game7 publicly said that Rio would get plenty of time once Adonis came back, Ruiz has started in 1 game out of a possible 5 since Garcia's return.
Even though Ruiz isn't lighting the world on fire, I'd much rather see him and Camargo get all of the starts at 3B each day throughout each week leaving Garcia as simply a bench piece.

Um....Garcia is has been great (although Phillips is by far the best deal). Please let Garcia's shoulder stay healthy. We could definitely get something decent if he keeps this up.
Hopefully that BABIP stays in the 240's until the trade deadline
And hopefully no other GMs are able to find that column in the stat sheet.

Is it too late to reconsider who goes where in the Swanson/Albies pairing?

Even with the boat load of dumb errors, fangraphs and BR have Swanson as a positive defender
I guess that's clearly a case of the stats saying something completely contrary to what your eyes tell you.
Only because of the position. He's +0 DRS and +0.2 UZR. I'd say he's pretty average. You can see the talent is there but his errors kill him which both UZR and DRS point out.

I've seen Swanson make a lot of good plays. I've also seen him boot high school plays. I think the bad plays are just lack of focus and not an indication of lack of talent. I think Swanson will be fine at SS
Hes lucky he's playing for Snitker not Bobby.
Bobby would have benched him for his lackadaisical defensive errors a bunch.
