He does seems like a very good hitting coach, I liked what he was preaching straight away.

He's good for this club, stacked as it is with guys who are losing if they're swinging for the fences. I appreciated his quote from the preseason interview where he said that he recognized that most of his job is psychological. I think it's fair to credit him with a lot of Maybin's and Tron's success, at the very least.
