7-4... Yankees' game 3

1) Yes, horrible at-bat by Acuna. That was a freaking 89 mph pitch lol
2) I have no faith in Julio today, which means he goes 7 inning and allows 0-1 runs
3) We've had really good at-bats all series (really last month) and then completely suck with RISP.
4) Still, Go Braves!
 
Caught a part of the Yankees broadcast here at the game and they mentioned Anibal Sanchez has been serving as an almost pitching coach to the youngsters, and also helped straighten out Teheran. What is Chuck Hernandez job again?

Veteran Lairdership cannot he overestimated.
 
Julion is still a decent pitcher. He's had some very poor starts this year when he wasn't 100% which make his numbers look bad.

The start where he left sick sticks out to me the most. Take away those runs and his ERA is easily under 4 and probably 3.60 or so. Which isn't horrible at all.
 
Let's hope this is the start to another Swanson really hot streak. Seems Swanson has 2 gears: ice cold and red hot.

Add senility to the list of things wrong with that guy.
 
Julion throwing some breaking ball for strikes early in the count today. I like seeing that. His normal pattern is to nibble with his fastball early in the count, which has at time led to him falling behind.
