Does statcast measure the speed of the runner to determine if the play is more difficult?
I'm not sure Dansby makes a couple of these plays due to not having the arm strength

I don't think so. The stats for infielders aren't as good as the ones for OFers specifically for reasons like that.
At the very least I expect statcast to calculate how long it took the defender to get the ball to 1B, broken down by route to the grounder, transfer time and throw velocity.
The speed of the runner would factor into what an "average" time is for each type of batted ball. Maybe? This is probably why we saw them rate OF plays first.
The offense has shut down for the break already. It's been pretty awful the last week or so
Garcia has done his job. The offense can't hit a guy with an era now at 5.68.
Doing his job until giving up three two out runs in the fifth. Seems to be a pattern with this guy.
