Markakis will show more power next year when he can actually work out in thenoffseason. We will love that signing.

I'd be open to potential 2 year pact with a 1 year deal for next year and vesting option similar to Gomes vesting option in how it vests that also has a team option too. If he likes it here I'd guess he takes such a deal as long as money is fair.

Markakis arm isn't as strong as in years past I've noted, even his best throws seem to lack what he had behind them last year.

Hopefully the new David Carpenter and Viz will improve our bullpen, of course they could be soso and improve it as bad as those they're replacing were.
