Maybe I'm misreading you? How is going from a 37.8% K-rate to a 43.6% K-rate "trending in the right direction"? Obviously the doubling of the walk-rate is excellent to see, but I'd think we'd want to see that coincide with fewer strikeouts.

I wasn't sure either.. maybe trending better in last 10 days.. but not really. However, you might live with K's if he produces like his last 7 days..

If I remember correctly, he K'd like 20 times in his first 30 PAs (or something similarly absurd) with the Braves. I would chalk that up to trying to impress a new team. Seems he has been better lately.
