The Braves already had the #5 offense vs LHP in MLB according to wOBA (.337), and #2 in the NL behind only the Rockies. Now they added Duvall and will throw out this lineup vs Vargas:

Acuna CF
Albies 2B
Freeman 1B
Markakis RF
Duvall LF
Camargo 3B
Flowers C
Swanson SS
Folty P

I expect the domination of LHP to continue for the rest of the season (and unfortunately much of the same mediocre output vs RHP).

This roster seems pretty well constructed to battle with the Cubs and Dodgers in a playoff series where the bulk of the SPs will be LHP.

I think we face Matz later in this series. So two starts for Duvall. The way this team is set up, we have much better chances against in the playoffs against a team with lots of lefty starting pitching and whose lineup tilts right. Unfortunately, both the Dodgers and Cubs hit RH pitching quite well.
 
Guys it's currently pouring at The Ted right now. Not sure if we're gonna get this game in or not.
