If I didn't know better, I'd thought that was Simmons and Freeman on the double play

I still think Jace will be an average to above average starter for the long term. He's been slumping, but his walk rate, defense, and base running(not base stealing) are all plus abilities. If he hits 250-260 with the abilities he is an average starter. 270-285 he will be above average.

I was listening to the game on XM and all I heard about Freeman was "oblique" but I didn't hear how serious or how long he's supposed to be out. If anyone has more details, please let us know.

Yeah, but I think he's been pretty extreme even for a rookie. He went from .180 to .300 in a short amount of time and then went down to .240 pretty quick. Now he's hot again. I hope he can keep playing well and stay our 2nd basemen.
