Aybar currently has a .304 OBP over the last week. I wonder how long he stays in the 2 hole before Snit decides his hot streak is over and he is back to being the .300-.320 OBP he has always been?

The 2 weeks he spent in the 2 hole as a "hot hitter" is now going to be cancelled out by the 2 months he spends in the 2 hole as his true talent self. And that, my friends, is why trying to play the "hot hand" is a fool's errand.

Whatever we can do to get that #1 pick I'm all sown.

Agreed.

We're winning a little too much for that right now, even with our replacement level players and almost fully injured starting rotation. Kinda having flashbacks to last year where we tanked super hard and gave it up the last few weeks. (I still want us to win, but having the #1 pick is nice)

I hate it when a convicted juicer/lying scumbag hits a home run. Sound like anyone playing in this game?

I'm a big Jenkins fan. His command scares me, but he seems like a really hard working kid that is learning how to pitch with or without his best stuff.
