It really has. Our farm system the second half has been amazing.

There's really no reason not to bring Albies up this year.

I believe that Trout played in the AFL after a September cup of coffee a few years back.

Hmmm... Didn't think about that. If he can't, that'd be a good reason to not promote him

Newcomb is looking filthy. And yeah Mallex, Albies, and Peterson are destroying it tonight. Albies should start the season in Atlanta no doubt.

Hmmm... Didn't think about that. If he can't, that'd be a good reason to not promote him

Here is what I was able to find:

"No players with more than one year of credited Major League service as of August 31 are eligible, except a team may select one player picked in the most recently concluded Major League Rule 5 Draft."

So both Swanson and Albies would be eligible either way.
