9/29 STICK A NAIL IN THE FILLIES .... His Name is Rio!

Gotta love baseball. Rio squared up two other pitches for outs tonight and gets a hit on that bouncer. First time seeing rio and I like his swing.

I was watching rio and mallex last year for the MBraves. I'm not surprised mallex is in Atlanta, but I am by rio... didn't think he would have such a nice year in Gwinnett his first go round

There's a long way to go, but you can definitely see the outline of a contending (and, dare I say, exciting) squad. Ender, Swanson, Freddie, and even ol' Fat Pimp have given us something to dream on this winter.
 
That's like 10 of 11 wins, right? This team is rolling... hopefully into the next season! This is amazing to watch. I love myself some Swanson - kid is awesome.
