In some ways it has served a useful purpose. Which is to disabuse the front office of the notion that you can lean on that group much and still have a competitive team in 2016. I expect most of the focus this off-season to be on finding some major league pitchers, both for the rotation and the pen.

I agree. We need some MLB pitching. Which is a huge problem because we need MLB hitters as well. This team is quite a mess and expecting a quick turnaround for 2017 is looking like a long shot at this point.

pitching won't be hard to find. Hitting we'll have to develop.

Hey guys, remember that time we gave up one of our best pitchers and statistical one of the better lefties in the game for almost nothing and went on to continue losing and successfully make an already weak rotation, weaker? Love it.

Those who are saying the team is no longer good bc of trades... this is the team folks. This is the team the FO has constructed and is frankly the most talented team we've put out all year. And it's terrible

Learning how to win < learning how to lose with grit, leadership, maturity, and toughness.
