Age cap for POTUS ?

You didn't 'think' he'd qualify.

There is no thinking. Especially when compared to the disaster we are seeing right now out of the Democrats choice.

I meant "don't think he/she would qualify" as a bad kid. I didn't want Trump's kids in high governmental offices, nor do I want anybody else's. The only Trump kid I said anything bad about was Eric, but that still isn't quite good enough huh?

Only because you have absolutely nothing to base that off of other than your own minor case of TDS.

OK, you and I agree that Hunter is a POS, right? So, what has he ever been "proven" guilty of? I guess I should be honored that you only think I have a "minor case of tds", huh?

Is this a serious question?

Please tell me not....

There is video of Hunter being a POS.

Actually lends more credibility of his foreign ties for sure because who would want to pay that guy as a consultant?

The idea that Burisma was paying this clown 85K a month was always so obviously selling American influence.

Anyone that thought what Trump did was wrong is an idiot. Everyone knows the Bidens are fully compromised.

I thought we'd already agreed on the Bidens. I said "proven" as in proven in a court of law. We also agreed that Hunter is a POS on a grand scale. Also, did I not just say a few days ago that if the election were today I'd be voting for DeSantis, that is if he's on the ballot?

Still not good enough for you guys huh?

Proven as in video evidence that nobody is denying is him?

So, video evidence is all you need? Again, I'm already agreeing with you about Hunter Biden, but unless something is proven in court would that "legally speaking" prevent Joe from bringing in Hunter as "an adviser"?

I don't want any child of any president to make important governmental decisions. I'm surprised you don't agree on this one.

I think it absolutely depends on the child. If you are good at what you do it doesn't matter who your parents are.

Problem with this is you have calendar age and 'feel' age. But a cap of 75+ seems reasonable to me.

They cannot begin their Presidency once they hit age 70. Their first term can run through 74 and if they are doing a good job the voters would re-elect them for a second term.

So you could be President at 69 run and finish first term at 73 or 77.

Maybe, but isn't that pretty much 100% subjective, depending on the person doing the judging? Wouldn't that bring about 100% of Dem voters being OK with Dem presidents having their kids in their administrations and 100% of Repub voters being OK with Repub presidents having their kids in the government? Also, isn't "being good at what you do" also pretty subjective? It may not be 100% like those other things but it would be pretty close, and wouldn't it bring a LOT of projection into the picture, ie Dem voters hate Trump so they automatically hate all of his kids, and Repub voters hating Biden so they hate his kid(s)? I agree that Hunter isn't a very good or fair example here but you get my basic point, right?

I think Chelsea would be a fine advisor. I think Trumps kids would be fine advisors.

I think Hunter Biden is a degenerate POS that should be nowhere near the presidency.

This isn't hard.

I know a few 'oldies' in my time in corporate America that were extremely sharp.

Its a case by case basis.

It isn't hard as long as we agree on what "adviser" means. Of course both spouses and kids are always going to "advise" their parents somewhat so you can't totally avoid that but as far as actually having power in the government I just think it's a great big slippery slope, as it were and the only way to avoid it is to totally avoid it. Just my opinion though.

Obviously you are correct about "one size not fitting all" but again this is subjective. How many Trump supporters would admit he was less than 110%? How many Biden supporters would admit that he is less than 100%?
