Alito Leak Accusation

I’m as morally unbothered by this as I was the last one, but I’d get a good chuckle out of Alito needing to resign over this.

I dont know who leaked Hobbes. But at least one Supreme Court justice has spoken out rather vocally about what a breach it was and how their lives have been endangered.
 
Leaking supreme court decisions is hardly a big deal imo. Far more concerned about everything else though, like these Justices being involved with these religious nutjobs.
 
Either it is a big deal or not a bid deal. Alito and Roberts need to decide which one it is for them.
 
The people here are acting as if this is absolute fact. We don't know that yet.

If it is fact a couple of people found out and not the entire world like in the Dobbs case.

The Dobbs leak actually endangered people, this didn't.

How so? If the decision was made, there was no changing it. So it’s basically just saying that the decision itself put their lives in danger.

A partisan hack saying this is the case doesn’t make it the case. Nobody “rational” was going to connect those dots.

It being Alito might actually make that more ridiculous if this report is accurate.

Except that we did have someone arrested for a possible attempt. If his sister hadn't talked him out of it would he have gone through with it?

People who are possible murderers aren't rational.

They aren’t rational, which is why I don’t think it being leaked vs. just released normally would make any difference.
