All the Jobs Lost ...

" ...what private sector employment would be if it wasn't ... "

That question defies logic by asking to prove an idea by a negative occurrence using the means of speculation.
Death by w's

My question is with yet another w, what for?

and further ---

The speculation to the run up to ACA was to be polite --- stupid.
Everything from jobs lost (counter to OMB) to wages lost (counter to OMB) negative effects on the macro economy (counter to OMB) to the Apocalypse (counter to -- not being laughed at by serious people )

Why not go back and dig up old specs on how bad it was going to be. I am sure skeptics still have some of that info on their PC's.

Or, we can talk about how wrong those people were and try not to listen to them again.

.....

hey, an original idea that time and data proved correct.
Maybe that is the issue with my posting chronicles and opinions of others.

It flies in the face of willful ignorance

My question is what point are you trying to prove? The counterpoint to ACA has always been that it stifled job growth, not that it eliminated the possibility.

Our country could have been run by a pack of rabid squirrels and the economy was going to rebound post 2009. Using correlative data in an unscientific way you like you just did is useless and proves literally nothing.

Really, rabid squirrels ? lol

I disagree - I think the graph disproves your "rabid squirrel " theory.

ACA passed and was enacted and the economy improved. For whatever reason
Counter to the doom and gloom many (the rabid squirrels? ) predicted

and again, what use is looking at discredited speculation from 5 years ago.

It disproves my point if you willingly choose to ignore the laws of statistical analysis (correlation =/= causation) at which point I can't help you decipher your memes.

no matter how much statistical analysis you apply it never does or will change the arc of the graph. I would think myself willfully ignoring if the change was a half a percent to even a full percent. But, it doesn't. These numbers are far beyond the margin of error.

Can we lose the meme Job Killing ACA ?

Because by a wide margin, that just isn't the case.

Or a "lie" if you will

ACA slowed job growth is the premise by its detractors. Emphasis on the word slowed.

Your silly graph doesn't disprove that.

And the numbers are FAR from being beyond the margin of error. Do you even know what that means?

"Maybe the bubble of conservative media has shielded many Republican voters from details the party’s voters don’t want to hear. Maybe Republican voters have a tribal reflex that gets in the way."

Chop musta hit a bump in the road. He promised a week ago data to support his position.
Nada.

But, there is this

http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-...es-real-political-challenges?cid=sm_fb_maddow

But the polling suggests Republicans prefer to pretend reality isn’t true. It’s as if a form of cognitive dissonance is kicking in: the president is bad, falling unemployment is good, ergo unemployment must be higher, not lower.

I give you data based on Dept of Labor statistics and you fire back with hints and allegations.
Or wait for Chop2chip to "... make a graph/meme and post it "

Might ?
