The thing about Trading for Trout, is that at the price the Angels want, any team that gets him is probably (as someone else said) just trading places with them. One really good player without a team to surround him with.
A lot of teams will probably make offers that the Angels will scoff at, and rightfully so... but for a trade to actually happen, that asking price will have to come down. If it does, he will be traded. If it doesn't, this is all just conjecture and he will likely stay put.
I could certainly be wrong, but that is how I see it.
