I will be sending secret ballots through PM to the selection of voters.

The most notable race is currently Worst Poster of the Year award. Many possibilities. Last year we had two co-winners. Heyward and Niners. Will they repeat? Will Heyward recapture the award unanimously after doing so in 2013 and 2014? Has Niners done enough to take sole possession? There's also a darkhorse in the running that I will not publicly mention that's had a hell of a year.

It's gonna be exciting to see results from all categories unfold the day the National Baseball Hall of Fame elections are announced.

Fair enough. If thewupk isn't on the ballot, he's going to be my write-in. We can think of this as similar to BBWAA in that voters have transparency and can openly discuss their votes.

We can, but the hall still allows anonymous ballots.

But in the spirit of the BBWAA I wouldn't be surprised if some wrote me in as a protest vote.

I'm hoping to win both Best and Worst Poster, a duality that would recognize the unique deuce-craft I bring to the boards.

Its a situation where the voters will have to review one's entire body of work for this year. With regards to the Hall there's been the Tim Raines' bump that's been getting higher every year. Those with ambitions on winning this year need to consider the Chip Caray Bump. It will be interesting to see who pulls it out.

I promise to not vote for myself, but I also refuse to pull it out.

You'd have to get the Chip Caray Bump off the back of his knuckles.

Heyward and Niners don't appear to be openly campaigning for the honors. So the field could be wide open!

Heyward has had a pretty quiet year actually.

Niners is the model of consistency. You know you're gonna get a solid postformance out of him. My guess is the unnamed darkhorse candidate will be making some noise pretty soon.

Still don't think it's fair that only your favorites get to vote.

If you're nominated I feel there's a conflict of interest. Would you objectively look at your work and vote with your objectivity or bias.

What if you could have made history and won unanimously but decided to vote for someone else to stop that record.

i choose the voters at random. It's not just favorites. I've had lurkers vote on these things.
