Especially ones you can't help but love. You know you should hate the song, but you can't help but love it.
For me one of the best example is Use Somebody by Kings of Leon
Lyrics are stupid, it's 3 chords in a uber simplistic progression, it doesn't even get musically interesting til the end when they throw in a D chord for good measure to the Bridge that has no real reason to be there. And it's not like the singer is anything special. But I can't help but have it stuck in my head and I know it's cause subconsciously I like it. I can sit there and truly love and appreciate songs like Rush's Freewill which uses 6/4, 7/4 and 8/4 signatures alternating all over the place but I can't help but dig it.
More will come don't want to clog the OP.
