wonder if they would give a discount to those that would ask which way is east and threw down a rug to pray to Mecca
but hey, here is another made up "Christianity is under persecution in America" story. hell, go add the people here in Ga upset that they asked people to not pray at the Dublin mall while you are at it with this one
What's worse Goldy. The overly sensitive anti-religion crowd getting upset bc a restaurant is offering discounts, or the restaurant getting upset because the overly sensitive insane anti-religion crowd doesn't like it?
i honestly can't bring myself to care about either one
but i know i would fake a prayer to whatever God the restaurant believed to give me a discount though
Senior citizens get a discount. I don't see why the mentally handicap shouldn't.
In all seriousness, I appreciate the honest places out there. Gives me the choice to avoid giving them my money if I want. (Open) Discrimination is underrated.
Can you explain why this is discrimination?
I once was laughed on here for saying progressive income tax is discrimination.
The anti-religion, atheistic/agnostic-religious zealots are bigots. May their tribe decrease.
See. This kind of stuff is underrated. I like people a lot more who wear their bigotries on their sleeve. It's why I always try to say what I think about this sort of thing. Bravo. It IS a lot easier for you to wear your particular bigotries than it is for me to wear mine, but I'm sure that will switch out one day. When people like me actually number high enough to REALLY threaten your position, I know things are going to get ugly. Until then, I'm glad we aren't shooting at each other using gravestones at the church cemetery as cover.
I'm going to sue Starbucks because they don't agree with my religion!
I'm curious, if she had charged MORE to the people she saw pray/thank her/whatever, would you have a problem with it? Would you consider THAT discrimination? I'm only asking in case I open a restaurant in your area.
It would be discrimination. But I'd be fine with it because a private business should be able to do whatever the hell they want.
if you charged me more for praying, I wouldn't come to your restaurant. But I suppose I should throw a hissy fit and sue instead

Ironic, church cemetery. Can't you atheistic/agnostic-religious crowds start up your own dang cemeteries. We got to do that for you as well?![]()
