I dont know what questions in this investigation would relate to his legislative duties to begin with. I expect Lady G to say every question relates to his legislative duties other than what his name is and we end right back in court again.

That has to do with legislative activities and speech in Congress. Maybe you can explain what legislative activies were involved with trying to get a secretary of state to commit election fraud?
