Another Example of Juror Bias in DC

Trump is now suing Letitia James in Florida. I hear they are bussing in the DC jurors yet again for this case....
 
She already bused a bunch of them to new york for her grand juries and trials. It is a very deep pool.
 
We are on top of the facts and sharing them right here in this thread. DC jurors being shipped to jurisdictions outside DC.

It still isn't hard to find 12 uninformed lecturer type people to fill a jury anywhere in the country.

I dont particularly care about those people. If they were "invited" in then the cop who did so should be prosecuted instead. My issue is that you are and Republicans are trying to use those people to excuse the others. We both know no pardon by Trump will be only for these people "invited" in. It will be for all of them. But do, please give me some examples of people who are sentenced to jail that were "invited" in. I'll wait.

It sure is. Glad you agree. Man, that Dashenko case was something else. Durham, like in the Sussman case, had written proof that Dashenko lied. On top of that the FBI said he lied and you still can't get a conviction in that liberal ****hole.

You are a good example of that. I have no doubts red states will have diverse juries when prosecuting people for abortions and totally not 12 bible thumping jackoffs.

If you got a rural area maybe. Still won't be anything like a blue area.

You can cry all you want, doesnt change the fact that Durhams case was proven to be a hoax.
 
Durham is the poster child for prosecutorial misconduct and politically motivated prosecution of private citizens. Confirms for me what a cesspool DC is.

Prosecutors will strike people from the jury if they admit to not supporting the overturning of Roe v Wade. Not that I actually expect a whole lot of trials of real abortions to happen. The only cases I expect are against legitimate miscarriages and a few prosecutions by people with political ambitions to try and score browny points with the right. Its mostly a PR nightmare.
