Another Officer Shot In The Line Of Duty

This one closer to home for me. A female officer with the Saraland, AL police was shot in the head while responding to a domestic incident. Saraland is just on the other side of Mobile from where I live. The suspect is dead while the officer at last report is in critical, but stable condition. Praying she recovers.

It's more I have no sympathy for most cops. I just don't place a cops life above anyone else's. Shooting a cop and putting a person in prison for pot possession are both taking someone's life. You can feel as justified as you want but the pain and misery it causes millions of Americans is real. How many peoples lives will be spared the taint of a drug offense because this officer was shot? You don't think those people's lives matter but want my sympathy for cops. How many officers die a year? What's that number against 700k arrests for non violent drug offenders a year? Those 700k will lose a hell of a lot more years of their life than all the killed officers combined.

I just want us all to be free and peaceful. The cops are ones waging the war.
 
Got the chance to see some local news. The injured officer is Jackie Tucker. Her husband is also a police officer, working for the Mobile Police Department. Officer Tucker and her partner responded to a domestic violence call involving the suspect and his grandfather. The suspect had been in trouble for domestic violence before. He also has made posts on social media, talking about his hatred for cops and threatening to kill officers. Talked about wanting as many officers dead as possible. A very sick individual. The suspect was killed in return fire from Officer Tucker's partner. Office Tucker remains in critical, but stable condition at the University of South Alabama Medical Center.
 
What is troubling that blacks are targetting police officers at an alarming rate while Obama is president. Maybe it is because Obama has neglected my people. I have heard here in white ass Eau Claire, the Twin Cities, Chicago and where I am from Paducah KY they are not happy with how he just IGNORED us.

Obama said and someone quoted before if he tried to help us, he would say what about the Hispanics, LGBT community? Well he helped those and put us on the backburner and now he is soon to be out of office, we have no one that could speak for us, maybe Trump (I am laughing hysterically inside) but getting another black president, well that ain't happening for several decades or in the near centuries after he effed this up badly for blacks. No white, Dem or Rep will vote another black in office, nada, nope, not a chance in hell.

My dream is that Dumpster Fire change parties to Independent or Libertarian and see all the heads explode on both sides and giving legitimacy to those parties. He is not a Republican and was more a Democrat all of his life and still is.

We had two killed 20 min north of here last week here in south Ga. Shook the community up for sure. Called for DV, end up shot.

You are comparing the choice of someone who chooses to do something illegally with someone getting shot in the head while working. Am I reading this right?

In most situations that is the case. They just don't make national headlines. Nobody would know about this if it wasn't so close to Crimson.
