Another Reminder as to why the Death Penalty should be Abolished

So not only was the wrong man killed by the state, the criminal is still unknown. So someone got away with 2 murders, the actual murder AND the state's murder of an innocent man.

Yep. This idea that only the guilty are ever convicted has been disproven repeatedly. I despise the idea of the state killing in cold blood anyway. Once there was hard evidence that a single person had been falsely sentenced to death it should have been the end of capital punishment.
