If someone is on PCP or up here Meth, cops shoots first because they are unpredictable. Most cop shootings here in Wisconsin is usually against meth heads who are known to strike cops and sometimes with weapons. A cop has a right to pull a trigger on someone that could be stronger and have no effects against tasers or even getting shot.

Funny only the Chicago shooting is the only time I see a cop that was in the wrong. If you just comply and not move or do anything threatening, you won't get shot, a very simple concept. Are people not listening. This happens to the whites up here as the blacks in Wisconsin outside Milwaukee tend to do as the cops ask and not get shot even though they committed a crime or have a warrant out. Whites on the other hand, tend to get blasted because they don't listen to cops and I don't see a White Lives Matter movement starting because of it. You break the law you deserve what you get. A very simple concept.

Not to justify murder. Let's throw this scenario, if this woman wasn't a cop, would she be arrested? short answer is yes. Probably for second degree murder. Being afraid for your life is not reason enough to kill when you outnumber someone 4:1. Why didn't she tase? Why didn't they gang tackle him? Or anything esle but murder him?

The precedent here is a cop can shoot someone... then after the fact can say she legit feared for her life. and we have to believe it bc it's a cop.

If the situation were reversed, it would never hold water
 
It's awful when police have to be involved in a matter and their weapon is drawn and used. These events that continue to happen are tragic. Until people value their lives more this isn't going to improve. Nobody seems to bat an eyelash at all the deaths due to violence between civilians. Check out the Napolean Harris pizza delivery story. A plot to rob him by ambushing the pizza driver and also this group of upstanding citizens also murdered a guy they tricked into meeting online. Sorry to interrupt. Continue your police bashing and how all white people are evil comments.
 
There is one common denominator in shootings.
Until we get a grip on that we will have spooked undertrained cops and accidents of this nature

If she wasn't a cop she wouldn't have stopped. if the dude was on pcp the tasers wouldn't work.

Tasers do not and I repeat do not work on doped up people. I know that first hand. You have to have three of them simultaneously to do it but there is a danger of killing when that happens. The Wisconsin police force will tase the person and then a cop have to tackle the individual if they don't have a weapon. The alternative is shoot for the leg region to put them down without lethal force. This is standard procedure.
