Antifa

It's amazing... even when asked directly 57 STILL won't condemn these thugs

He defended vile verbal and physical attacks on Boston PD by saying, '40 out of 40K ... that's not bad', so I doubt we're ever going to see actual contrition unless he views it as politically necessary.

no, " he " saw more people arrested when the Cavs won the NBA champiomnship. Which is not exactly defending anyone, just a point for context

2) do we know who was arrested and why ?

3) I lived in Boston for a while and certain the things yelled at Boston Police are an everyday thing.
Ever been to Roxbury or South Boston ? Remember busing issues of the 1970's.
Those things posted here yelled at police that day could be considered compliments with flowers on a normal Boston day

4) 40 divided by 40,000 = .001 or, 0.1% of the crowd.
So yeah, let's label protesters thugs and violence based on what .1 % of a given crowd does.

5) again, who was arrested and why ?

I link to a story of a person stabbing a dude because of his haircut and 57 won't condemn.

It's really quite pathetic

I am not in favor of stabbing anymore than you are in favor of lynching or burning crosses -- never saw the story.

I don't even have to ask, some things are sorta obvious. But you and the obvious are well acquainted

I live in Boston.

Calling cops "black bitch[es]" is not an "everyday thing".

2) Yes, we know. Those arrested are appearing in court today and tomorrow. This is public information.

3) Apples and oranges. And irrelevant.

4) Something something moral equivalency.

5) Do you want me to give you links? Quit playing dumb - cuz you ain't.

ah, the thread where a bunch of people trying to distract you from their murderous white supremacist group by trying to claim the anti fascist group is just as bad cause you know

some anarchists are in their group and busted a starbucks window at protests

Your moral compass is shattered, boss.

It's wrong to defend indefensible acts just because you feel like doing otherwise would cause you to lose political ground.

Appalling.

I think they're worse

4 out of 40,000 people had a weapon.
Did you really just link to that ?

Yeah, calling cops names on the street is pretty common in inner cities. At best - on a good day

Be curious to see an illegal weapons comparison to Charlettesville.
Would you please link that too

Resisting arrest
disturbing the peace -- that is a charge when you don't turn your music down or get off'n someones lawn
disturbing a public assembly - that was reported Saturday.

one put of ten thousand people had an illegal weapon --- wonder what the daily arrests in Boston are for that ?
A link to put those words in context would be helpful to un muddy the waters

Still not clear how many of the 40 (33 actually) were AntiFa.
Maybe they all are -- we don't know do we ?

Man, we got some hardened anarchists here
you make me laugh

Probably just planning to build a fence

my moral compass is doing just fine

i just find it fun that this pops up in tune to try to say one side is the same as us instead of you know, telling white supremacists and nazis to **** off

Or maybe ready to defend themselves...

I must've missed where they shot someone.

I linked to a story of a stabbing upthread.

Minimisation is a type of deception involving denial coupled with rationalisation in situations where complete denial is implausible. It is the opposite of exaggeration. Minimization—downplaying the significance of an event or emotion—is a common strategy in dealing with feelings of guilt.

Must be the opposite of whataboutswhatever.
