Tigers have called a press conference for later today. Jim Leyland will be stepping down as manager
MLB.com's Jesse Sanchez reports that the Dodgers have agreed to terms on a four-year, $28 million contract with Cuban second baseman Alexander Guerrero.
Sanchez says the total potential value of the deal is $32 million. Guerrero, 26, drew interest from the Giants, Rangers and Red Sox before settling with Los Angeles. He's a power-hitting second baseman and could open the 2014 season as the Dodgers' starter at the keystone.
