Alex Wood makes first start for the Dodgers tonight.
I wish only the best to him! I hope he can dominate for the rest of his career. Great guy.

It's MLB.tv's free game of the day. I may watch if I can get over the too-soon-ness of it all.I wish only the best to him! I hope he can dominate for the rest of his career. Great guy.
@Braves: Freddie Freeman (strained right oblique) and Jason Frasor (right shoulder strain) have been placed on the 15-day disabled list.
These lame injuries are getting old, Freddie. Or you are.
#1 pick, here we come!
No way we beat out Philly for that. But we will be brutal, and it will be painful.

This injury is obviously related to the 1st. Happens all the time.I hope Freeman isn't becoming injury prone
Mets trade for EOF.
Mets on a roll. They up 2 now?
Something just isn't there with the Nationals.
Mets are going to be so tough moving forward if those pitchers can stay healthy.
Wow these remaining games are going to be rough.
Not really. This team plays baseball the right way and is much more fun to watch than any other recent Braves team.
Why do we have to resort back to this?
And where did "any other recent Braves team" come in? It was always vs. last year's crapfest of strikeouts and still no power.
Injuries and trades have derailed that sentiment a bit.
These stale statements infused with hyperbole are lame.
And the original comments are taken so far out of context. Before Freeman got hurt the first time this team was absolutely one of the more enjoyable teams in the last couple of years. Probably the most since Heyward awesome rookie season.
