Soroka and Allard stand out the most I guess.
Allard is somewhat concerning but Soroka, even if he reached his peak potential, was always going to be a Derek Lowe/Brandon Webb/Tim Hudson type of pitcher.

Word is that the Phillies have moved on from Machado due to asking price but may circle back later

I kind of hope the Phillies trade for Machado. Drain their farm system for future years.
Yeah, they might just sign Machado long term though
There is always that possibility with or without a trade.

True. I still don't want them adding Machado. If they add Machado and a good starting pitcher, we in trouble. Well might be in trouble as is

The Phillies just like the Brewers already moved all of their chips in and fully opened their windows by making big signings and splashy trades. Our time for that is this off season. We're still ahead of schedule here.
Except the Braves won’t do anything splashy and never really actually add ML talent. They will continue to hope for prospects to pan out because the organization is too cheap to bring in real major league players.
Not sure if it got noted anywhere, but Jose Bautista hit a walk-off grand slam yesterday. He's now rocking an OPS within .005 of his career average.
